Mushishi comes with yet another amazing story that is solved with ease. This is one of the few story arcs that last more than 1 episode. As always Mushishi tells us a story that makes us think about life. Story: The story is pretty much explained in the synopsis, but the synopsis does not mention how we get to see Kumados past, explaining why he is how he is. Art & Sound: The art is great, as always, and so is the astounding soundtrack behind the masterpiece known as Mushishi. Characters: Since a lot of this special is mainly about Kumado and Tanyuu we get a lot ofback story about Kumado and how he is connected to Tanyuu.
Overall: Yet another masterfully made part of the Mushishi-universe.
