This is the best of the Beyblade Burst series (so far) but that is a pretty low bar to clear. Whilst the vast majority of this season was about the nostalgia of the previous seasons, bringing a bunch of old characters back for a second shot at glory, this series did once again provide good Beyblading action. But what really holds this show back is a one note villain who is obsessed with his own strength and twin protagonists who don’t get along even though they are both idiots, one more than the other. This series could’ve been so much better… if the writer justlearned how to write believable human beings.
