While Season 2 of the anime retained the compelling storytelling of Season 1, its animation and pacing were notably subpar. The production quality, marred by inconsistent visuals and rushed sequences, was so disappointing that the author intervened, halting airing for nearly six months to address the issues. Silver Link's collaboration with Studio Palette seems to be a weak link, and they should either exercise stricter oversight or reconsider co-productions. This serves as a critical lesson for future projects to ensure higher standards. Hopefully, this setback hasn’t doomed the series, and fans can still anticipate a third season with improved execution.
