Review of Suicide Squad Isekai
I was expecting a pretty bad anime here, but I was pleasantly surprised. Isekai Suicide Squad surprised me not in its narrative development or its complexity, but in how well it managed to work on its "lack of quality". The anime was born to be a big joke and, knowing this, it played with its mistakes in a relaxed way. Maybe it was an unplanned shot, but it hit the target. Regarding the story, it follows that of an Isekai, but with that hint of American narrative, which is fair considering where the anime is based and I say that it worked minimally well. In technical aspects, the direction is nothing special, but the animation surprises in several moments, elevating the experience of clearly idiotic scenes.
It's still a very questionable anime and you may not have the same patience as I did to face it, but if you want to watch an anime just to clear your head, this could be one of the choices. But there are better ones.
