Well I don't think many people will like my rating, but I've pretty enjoyed it. Yes, it has really bad emotional connection to the characters, most of the progression is done "off-screen" but the fact that there is a lot of happening, still fighting better enemies while main character is getting somehow stronger is rather exciting then boring. I'd say that if u want a really excting progression of characters or really complicated story, this is not for you. On the other hand, if u want to chill out, watch some overpower shenanigans and have a bit fun. It's definetly worth to watch. 7/10 is my rating.
