This manga is NTR, for those of you who don't know what that means, think Stockholm syndrome. So the manga itself is really just a r*pe fantasy where they try and make you feel bad for the guy who not only sets up our FL to get gang SA in the first chapter but continues on himself to mentally/physically torment and SA her too, all because she's dating his childhood best friend. The manga is only translated about halfway through the story, but the raws are available online. Her boyfriend is trash who cheats on her, and when she tries to leave because she can'thandle being SA'd anymore, he cries to his r*pist buddy about it so that guy goes out and threatens her to stay through blackmail. They do end up breaking up because her trash bf chooses his mistress (who also has a horribly sad backstory, boo) over the FL.
The FL and the r*pist ML get together. The manga explains away his abuse and behavior by making him a victim of childhood abuse.
10/10 would not recommend it, and I LOVE the yandere, Stockholm, fall in love with your stalker genres.
