Review of Tsukigakirei
Writing from Episode 4 so far.. SPOILERS AHEAD I never read into this series and just started watching it off of a limb and I'm actually enjoying it so far.. It's this sweet and innocent story so far and at some times it makes me feel uncomfortable.. But for the most part it's a pretty normal story about two awkward people coming together. The art for the series is alright but sometimes there's this white line on their faces that really throws me off about it.. Also when they're walking in looks kind of janky? Look they got a twig up their you know where! Soundis pretty normal and I can hear a few decent melodies and song here and there which sound good. Character wise they're both anti-social kind of people and you can tell by that. Each character has his own strong points and weak points and sometimes it can be really awkward. I'm enjoying the series so far and will update this as I go.
So at this point it's pretty much your typical middle school relationship.. Texting all the time and when you are together you guys don't talk at all and if you do it's short sentences. It's making it a little uncomfortable.. Ok further on and now it's getting bareable! There are actually some romantic scenes in these where it will even make me go "awww! that's so cute!" The other love interests are making it really interesting so far and it's looking to make a good story! I love that the other people are trying to confess their feelings and stuff but it's just not gunna happen! (from ep 7 right now) Going further into the series aswell, I'm starting to notice a little bit of comedy at some points and it's actually tickling my funny bone!
Well I've finally finished and what an amazing story it was! I'm glad that they didn't end up going to the same school in the end.. It made it so much more enjoyable and realistic to watch it go down that way. Every character had a part in every situation and I really enjoyed most of them! The series as a whole was amazing and I'd highly recommend it to anyone whose looking for a good romance series with an innocent vibe to it!
