Did I start watching this thinking it was going to be some wacky, almost embarrassing guilty pleasure? Yeah. I'm so glad it was much more than that. There's genuine substance to every character. The genuine drama and the truth behind the idol industry are such a brutal reality, making this a lot more serious than you think on the surface. Miscommunication, rivalry within the industry, stolen music, and sometimes the truth about why you want to be an idol is revenge, hope, and sometimes just complete fun. If you enjoy watching non-candid moments among a group of friends, genuine character depth, and dramatic and brutalplotlines, this is for you.
