Review of Parasyte: The Maxim

Quite intriguing... Loved that MC became "hollow" (rational, emotionless), loved that he could overcome that... I wasn't very happy with how he interacted with his girl after the "trip"... -1 point for "humanity/human" internal monologues... I don't remember half of them a that's the problem. Another reason is The Humanity (which produced poison) which killed "Final boss" thing ... it was not humanity that killed him, it was luck and I refuse to acknowledge this kind of metaphor ... -1 point just because he wasn't rational enought while "hollow". The interaction with his girl after the "trip"... He could just say some lie, for example that hisparents had fight, or that his mom went missing. He could come up with something that expalined his "sadness/coldness" that would (by empathy ?) make the girl stop asking(, and he could get some [spoiler]{He did ged some ;D}). But that shows that change wasnt physical but emotianal, which makes him lil bitch. So no, Humanity didnt won over "feral-ity?", It was just another human nonsese.

btw: I can't rate the sound because I watch eng dub.
