There is not much to say here - just one thing, this is a masterpiece indeed. After watching over 400 anime, I could say that Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai: Ultra Romantic deserves 10/10. Both as romantic comedy and anime itself because it can compete with other genres and earned solid place in top of all anime ever made. You know, romantic comedy is a tricky genre, you need to balance both romance and comedy so well, that equilibrium is maintained all the time: neither comedy nor romantic overshadow either. And S3 of Kaguya-sama is perfect example how impeccably it was done. The show is hilarious, even more funnythan S1 or S2, narrator and cut-ins are on point, everything serves well to make viewer laugh so much that they forget their own troubles. The faces, music, sound effects, visual effects - everything works perfect for comedy moments. There is so much diversity in funny moments that they are often unpredictable, which results in greater joy for us. Like, who ever thought there will be rap-episode but of course it's not just some lame jokes, it even had ED that was performed by Miyuki and Chika, and that was all noted in credits haha! And Romantic part is also greatly executed. In S3 a lot of couples were formed, and if not couples - there were big advances for almost everyone, even side characters like Kobachi got some love - which exactly makes whole season as name implies - Ultra Romantic. And Dual Confessions arc are way too great - idea of twisting few love stories into one great one heap where everything depends on other - is just genius.

About characters - basically all main characters get some development. Except maybe Chika(?) Almost all character grown up ever more than in S2, there were a lot of drastic changes and some characters finally revealed their true self - which brings joy to me tbh. As no spoiler review I wouldn't talk about what exactly happened, but whole anime advanced to new high, enriching characters story, both personal and public. Of course also major plot advances were made. All of this made S3 shine like a diamond in rays of light - because it was funny, interesting, sometimes dramatic, hilarious, unpredictable. There are not so many anime which moves you and touch your soul, making you flutter as much as characters in anime - this show actually makes you FEEL! This one thing alone could be reason for 10/10 I gave it, but it also exceeds in art/animation, sound, story, character development and so on

OP was not as cool as in S1 or S2 (still good melody, just not as intense as it was previously), but that's my personal opinion. ED however, was amusing, in both visual and audio aspects. The soundtrack was a blast for sure.

So yes, overall it is 10/10. S3 exceeded both S1 and S2, in terms of story, character development and enjoyment, and of course ending of season was icing on top. There were no dull moments at all, I hardly could stop watching. It is best romantic comedy I watched in long time (it's not like I'm expert in this genre, but w/e). It just have no competitors at this time, everything else pales in comparison.
