Review of Chainsaw Man
After seeing how much hype it got with the trailers they teased I decided to watch it. Long before it started airing I heard marvelous things about this manga and his author, so naturally, I got even more exited to see it. And, it surpassed every expectation I got from it. Every Tuesday everyone was hyped up to see the next episode! The seer scale of the animation of fight scenes, the complex but interesting storyline and, most of all; how it can twist every arch-type of character and cliché in storyline, not only with it's plot twists, but by taking these established traits of theshonen and action genre and flipping them on their head, making them interesting in a new way.
The story becomes more clear and distinct with every episode, we discover more about the world of csm and how it functions, the characters overcome challenges while learning from them and the impact of some of the episodes stays with you until the next one.
A beautiful story, told and animated incredibly, that deserves you to watch it. It already won over me and I'll be sure to read the manga while we wait for a (probable judging by the popularity) second season.
