Beautifully told story through a red bean's perspective. I watched the first season of the main show and it's a cute, humorous, and mindless little show with witty jokes and more adult humor than you'd expect. Going into these 3 short episodes, I wasn't expecting much more than what was in the original series. Surprisingly, this short 3-episode side-story was such an emotional rollercoaster. All of the episodes were unexpectedly connected through the red bean and it was such a lovely and emotional ending. The red bean kept up the humor and light-heartedness of the original series, but the stories and themes of the episodes were trulygut-wrenching. I loved the art and the flow of the animation. Such a wonderful surprise of emotional romance stories bundled into one large timeline.
