White Lilies in Love: Bride's - Shinkon Yuri Anthology · review
A surprisingly varied anthology with everything from cutesy city to fantasy stories. Story: All seven stories are varied in premise and tone which is a strong plus for this anthology. I didn't like about half of the stories, but that's simply because they weren't my cup of tea. Someone else will likely enjoy those stories, so I don't begrudge the anthology for having them. Everything is tied together with marriage as a theme which was just enough connection to keep the stories flowing from one to the next. Chemistry: Again, lots of different vibes with the love interests. I liked some that you would probably dislike andvice-versa. None of them are bad, which is good!
Art: This varies somewhat by story, but all the authors are at minimum decent enough. Character designs are pretty good across the board with enough background art. Notably, the paneling is quite plain, which isn't necessarily bad, but I prefer when it's more exciting/experimental.
Overall a good anthology that I can recommend. If you're not enjoying a story, just skip to the next one and you'll probably have a good time.
