I'd recommend it. Definitely better than most one shots I've read. It doesn't make complete sense and is a bit cliche in some respects but, I find that the overall message and feelings make up for it well enough. It's a philosophical story I suppose, about life and death, and the ability to mess with time. A bit like Death Note or something, when a kid comes into a super power that can drastically change their own life as well as others. It ultimately allows him to change his own life as well as someone else and gain a new respect for the finite natureof life. A bit much for a one shot and something a kid might read but, I enjoyed it for the most part. The art, is not great, too clean, but it's not terrible either. The story and dialogue/narration really steals the show.
