Sakura, Saku · review
Unnecessary drama ruins the mid-end. It's a Shoujo that starts with all the good points: right amount of shyness from the FL, the ML is lovely and Very honest, the initial dramatic moments are solved in a good manner and are the cliches we already know so there's not much stress on waiting for things to turn out okay. It has everything to be a solid 8, but it sadly gets into SUPER unnecessary and extremely unnerving drama at the highest point of the story. I couldn't believe what I was reading, it was a full volume of frustrating events right when everything could be finished beautifully🙃.
In the end, it's indeed a mixed feeling between recommending something that starts pretty good, but gets close to the end and throws it all down the drain. I know it'll have a happy ending, we'll see the main couple happy and emotional about their feelings being mutual, but this ending could have happened by volume 7 already and save us from all the ridiculous drama. Oh well.
