I´ll make this simple:

1.-The anime is not a great reference.

2.- The begging is not the greatest but the third program is the real inflextion point in the story.

3.-Predictable? Not at all. The MC´s ability makes everything as complex as itself.

4.- The great amount of the abilities (not the usual superpowers) and their restrictions are the directive of everything.

5.- The character development shows at the perfect time justifying their thoughts pretty well.

Give it a try, not the usual thing after chapter 63.

Perfect to read it in a lunch time, because almost every chapter will keep your mind and interest waiting for more.
