Review of My Love Story!!

its a cute anime what i dont like about some of the reviews for this anime is that people dont seem to understand that its not supposed to be the BEST love story. in the anime we are following two people who havent ever really been in a relationship try learn the ropes of love. its purposely supposed to kinda slow and drawn out because they dont know what they are doing. yamato and takeo are taking the time to learn about eachother and go through real problems that relationships experience. in a relationship, especially while in school, there isnt a lot of options for datesand cool plot points. you end up doing the same things over and over. and thats what i love about this anime. it feels real. your first relationship is weird and sometimes forced, not everything is right and doing things like hugging and kissing feels unnatural, and doubts come with all of this. they go through normal relationship problems.

an anime doesnt always need to be elaborate to make you feel good. its a happy story about falling in love. you shouldnt look at this anime as a perfect and exciting relationship. its down to earth and truthful about the first time people experience love.
