Nagi no Asu Kara is a melodramatic romance story with killer visuals and some great music. The story went in some strange directions, and I thought the ending was a little bit kooky. Still, it captured my attention and I binged the whole thing pretty quickly. It's definitely very, very cheesy and sappy. But it made me feel feels. The visual style is very appealing, and the underwater segments are downright beautiful. Some of the characters are more likable than others. And as I mentioned before, the music adds a lot of emotion to critical scenes. An enjoyable, melodramatic ride.
