Review of A Lull in the Sea

I never wrote a review on this website. But this show prompted me to make one. At first I was turned down about starting it because of the art, I thought it was going to be something too cute. I couldn't be more wrong. The story and the relationships of the characters are not the predictable type I saw in all those moe type high school anime. and it was a nice change. All the characters are lovable, which is rare for me since I always have one or two I dislike for some reasons. The story also focus more around the relationship between the charactersand the fear of change more than the supernatural setting it occurs in.
To be honest I think this anime just took the place of best slice of life anime I ever watched since anohana.
If you liked Ano hana, this anime is for you and might probably top it.
