Review of The Rising of the Shield Hero

This is an overall good and enjoyable anime, but i can't stop thinking it was written with a "Not al men point of view", Let me explain. I will start with what i like, this story is your typical heroes journey and if is not broken, dont try to fix it. Is typical but good, the action the emotions are pretty good. Lets talk now about what i don't like. The whole first storyline of the reason people hate him is ridiculous. Like i said before it feels like it was written with the mentality of a dude bro saying "not all men", "I'm one of thegood ones". The whole deal with the fake acusation of abuse is absurd, I'm not saying it doesn't happen but if you are telling a story that deals with this topic don't show us just one case that in the real world is the minority of a bigger problem.

Other thigs i dont like but i will not elaborate because are after the firt episode and i dont want to spoil, are the relationships that naofumi makes along the way, The whole deal with slavery is also very problemetic and weird. Raphtalia's behavior is also very weird considering that naofumi sees her as a daugther, same with Filo.
