Review of Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid S
After three years Kyoto Animation has roared back to life with a triumph of animation and storytelling. Once again Dragon Maid manages to pair hilarious slice of life hijinks with actually character development and surprisingly deep moments. Every character has changed from the first season, setting up cathartic moments and rich interactions. This is all backed up by production values and jaw dropping animation that even exceeds the first season, and the fact that there are no dead episodes. I pray for a world where every slice of life show has the quality, depth and comedy of Kobabyashi's Dragon Maid. I am both satisfiedand begging for more and this show is doubtless an excellent use of your time even if you don't find yourself often enjoying the genre.
