Story: 8/10 A high school boy fanaticizes about his MILF of a neighbor (She isn't a mother though, just a house wife). They end up as sex friends after he was caught peeping on her. Generic concept, but nothing wrong with it. Sound: 10/10 Can't screw this up. Art: 9/10Just like everything BunnyWalker animates, it's quality. However, the art style is really weird. Sometimes, the style is cute, other times it looks like sh*t. But the animation is quality throughout, so I don't mind too much.

Generic character design. The art style, like I said before, looks really weird sometimes. No character development either, don't know who the f*ck comes to hentai for character development
