Honestly, there's nothing to add to the compliments to Nana and Sudaka as main couple. Yes, they're precious, wholesome and an absolute gold mine of romance that's so hard to find in most shoujo romances. This manga is short but everything works in its favor. So yes, give it a shot! Don't be afraid! That being said, you will have that immediate "oh no" feeling when the 2nd ML appears... and that's what I want to touch upon (no spoilers)! Shouya Kida is an ANGEL. You'll get scared but rest assured, you don't need to sweat it. He's now my favorite 2nd ML just bc hedoesn't create unnecessary drama and is well aware of the circumstances, having a little arc of his own that really important and showcases one of the story themes of friendship. I'm so glad that the author didn't made him suffer without reason bc that kind of drama in such a short manga would feel rushed and pointless. Kida's presence isn't pointless. Rather it is an interesting parallel to Sudaka himself in some aspects.
