I don't usually write reviews, however, this manga certainly deserves more attention and so I am leaving this here. It might sound similar to a more popular and well known series, Demon Slayer. Despite my concern, I was pleasantly surprised with the plot and setting of the world. The story sets itself apart enough from others to be unique and intriguing. The story does drift from the main plot and slow down, but, it only serves to build a deeper connection and understanding of the characters. The characters were memorable and charming, each in their own way. The motive for each character was understandable and painted avery gray world. Actions taken by the characters did not stray far from realistic expectations. I do appreciate the lack of 'extreme' and 'overly excitable' characters, as it adds to the realism and atmosphere of the setting.

The art is admirable and pleasant to read.

I highly recommend this manga to anyone.
