It's like, fine. Gets the job done in terms of being a self insert josei romantasy power fantasy. Protag is supposed to be incompetent, but shocker she's really good at her new job as the wife to the cold duke of the north and his two kids. The kids are cute, but fall in love with the protag way to quickly. The Duke of the North is the Duke of the North. Vapid vaguely Russian world building. It's just boring, sorry, but at least it does its jo as a power fantasy. Art is okay. I love the evil sister's design, but everything else isnothing to write home too. If you like the genre you'll like this, but avoid if you're looking for something that actually has a storyo.
