Edit - theres actually an ending with Erez × Kiera ( when this review was wrote i didn't find that ep) This review is in regards til ep 146: I actually want to discuss about the ending episodes and Erez as ml . Erez is obviously the male lead the end episodes very clearly shows that sure there is no actually romantic them ending up together scene but joseph pretty much also in the end accepts Erez as ml and says he won't forgive him if Erez hurts kiera . For people who hate erez×kiera and ship her with Joseph it doesn't make sense josephhas been her knight and supported her even when she died in first life and that's pretty much the reason most people ship her with Joseph. Joseph is very kind and a very nice charachter he had feelings for kiera but again kiera never showed any romantic feelings towards him . ( The starting chapters maybe had a scene or two which audience believed as them being romantic )

Meanwhile Kiera × Erez , Erez had feelings for Kiera and in many scenes and in the end it also seeks Kiera has feelings for him .
People hate Erez just because he's blonde ml ? It's fine to say that joseph is also a good charachter but again joseph is very obviously a second lead and Erez ml . Erez was the one who brought her back to life sure it was because of the contract but even after that he helped her a lot had feelings for her was unbelievably respectful and helping to her even in the last eps you see him clearly respecting her a lot he always says He's ladyship giving proper respect to her . Kiera obviously wouldn't have been able to defeat Cosette without his help .

Overall I'm fine with people shipping her with Joseph and saying his nice but completely hating Erez for no specific reason just because they like other charachter is a very stupid reason .

Overall the story Actually I was the real one was about the duke's daughter Kiera who was believed fake and executed and in this time reversal she's trying her best to stay alive and prove her innocence and Cosette 's scheme , romance was more like a sub plot or for interest it wasn't the main focus of the story . And the ending with Joseph and Erez gives audience and opportunity to ship her with whoever they show romance but not have focus on it ( though it would've been nice if they clearly showed a ending with Kiera & Erez since they're the couple in the end pretty obviously) .

Now onto the ending episodes ( this part will have bigger spoilers ) the story felt a bit stupid at points in the end honestly not a big deal but I still wanted to point those things out as The story felt very nice to read at first so the end wasn't as satisfying. (Cosette's defeat was but anyway)

Kiera as a knight when she goes in demon world she wears a dress small detail but she was a knight but her being a knight actually didn't play a big role til the end episode. She in that scene could've bought a knight cloth even if she didn't pack her clothes maybe let's say that her going to demon world was a secret so didn't take it with her but she could've bought it . Overall the Knight plot seems more like Kiera became a knight to meet her father's expectations get his love prove herself but in the story her being a very good knight seemed more like a hobby like it just didn't have much difference until the end battle between Cosette and her .

Cosette as stupid villian : I know some people think she's smart and all but I just think Cosette the demon inside her has been very stupid ( you could say Kiera is more smart ) but in the end episodes especially cosette's demon in ver stupid she wastes so much energy despite knowing the body is weak even after taking more powers from the aunt . And does just way too many stupid things ( personally the Cosette demon was only smart because they didn't knew she was a demon at first ) and she's an average villian not super smart especially the end clearly shows how she wasted all that energy and time in hurting Kiera and Erez while she could have easily won that last battle ( just saying since she's the villian she was bound to lose but her end was just stupid for a smart villian )

Kiera 's father : I know that he doesn't really deserves forgiveness and all and audience hate him haven't forgiven him personally I just really like how he's trying to improve and being a good father to Zeke ajs communicating with Kiera in the end chapters he's not only communicating but also respecting Kiera's decisions it just shows how nice he is after learning the truth and after his manipulation was removed it's just nice charachter development.

The aunt - The last episodes the aunt leading Cosette to the elemental was so stupid , was that hinting at how stupid the aunt really is ? ( Because you see Kiera visiting the aunt to tell her to investigate the firework matter instead of ignoring it as accident) Which is the aunt just stupid doesn't suspect anything? The part where she leads Cosette to the elemental, readers argued she couldn't have done anything but honestly she allowed Cosette inside without informing anyone to let the duke know ( which again you can say Cosette manipulated the butler and she didn't have time ) but then she is leading a girl who she didn't even know long enough who's suspected of being a fake to the elemental 👀 the Aunt is an elemental her position is not joke if someone being a duke daughter could be hanged for faking to be an elemental it's that big of deal shouldn't the aunt atleast try to waste some time by leading Cosette here and there she doesn't seem under cosette's power but she does nothing neither she tries to waste time misleading or anything and opens the way to the elemental it's like she doesn't care and if really makes me think can anyone inherit the elemental power as the aunt clearly isn't the smartest or most capable person for it seeing how she does nothing to save the elemental she's leading just anyone ( Cosette she doesn't know her long enough and she also knows about her involvement in the weinburg count death ) ( it also leads to the question that as long as they're from the family just anyone stupid or evil can also inherit the elemental power ) this kinda just lowers the significance and importance of the elemental.

Kiera is very capable learnt so many things the aunt could've have learnt intelligence or some secret tricks emergency ways to protect the elemental if she's weak physically she neither has any knight training like Kiera neither the intelligence with how she's shown in that chapter forget the demon ragibach as Cosette if she came as someone else and just threatened the aunt with a knife she would have either way just lead her to it . I wish the aunt charachter was shown with some level physically good in martial arts or inteligent or just having a great sense of protectiveness for the elemental it would have been nice to see Cosette struggle or the Aunt 's side where it shows how and why she's the elemental like she's just so good yk like the aunt charachter was just dumb to see

One thing I really like is that unlike stories like this where the father was mean to the daughter in past future blah blah this does a good job at balance like the story revolves around Kiera instead of giving too much attention to the father or other charachters.

The story is overall nice the demon twist was unexpected for me and the end chapters kept me hooked to read one after another however it's also the end chapters feels a bit silly ( like Cosette demon wasting power the aunt just doing as Cosette says ) and in comparison to the start the end is just not as amazing also , the last chapter not giving any particular clear panel of Kiera with Erez like fine they leave it to audience to interpret but Erez is obviously the ml and at the least we could have got a panel with Kiera as the last .

The story was really good i enjoyed it but I don't really recommend it because of the ending and end chapters it's a good reas either ways so it's fine whether you read or not .

The story was - 6/10 the ending was just not it the start was still nice
Art - 10/10 ( gonna say this if this story didn't have this good of an art wouldn't have sticked to reading it til the end )
Charachters - 8/10 except the aunt she's 3/10

If this story ever in the future has any sort of anime or anything i hope they change the stupid parts in the end because those are just ruining a good story

Edit - really like Kiera and Erez ending 151 eps are out I think there won't be more side eps idk
