Well typical JP story this having a lot of brain dead characters who behave completely bonkers. MC goes through so much bullshit, betrayal, despair and possible r@pe yet gives up on revenge cause she's pregnant. Like sure I understand that the kids are innocent and MC is a good mom but yikes she's op yet somehow the typical doormat. On top of that she has the power to secure a safe life for herself and her daughters yet she just keeps on working at the inn where her daughters are exposed to the rough life plus possible danger from strangers daily. Like if the authorwants MC to be a good mom let her actually be a better parent fr.
