When I started reading this, it felt like I was reading a story that was already in half, as in, I started reading at like chapter 20 of an existing story....but, somehow I forgot about it as i read later. Even thought I can see why it got cancelled, it really is a shame, since I really started enjoying it. It really is a bittersweet feeling to read discontinued mangas huh... I really love the artstyle, as in all Akiyama's mangas, and in one of the chapters (chapter 10 im pretty sure) we got to see the characters drawn in other artist's artstyles! Such as Itou Hachi, their art is awesome.
The story itself was kind of sloppy and didnt make much sense at times, there was this really irregular way of storytelling - sometimes it was really really stupid and little to no story and then we get somewhat deep scenes, and repeat and repeat. It is more unserious than serious though.
The characters, Saki and Miyoko, do they hate each other? are they inlove? You can say both - and that makes it hard to read and one of the most "annoying" thing for me, but oh well.

Generally, if you like cute vampire girls and unserious storylines and you dont mind that the manga is discontinued, you should read it.
