I was quite excited, much like others that, we had a new instalment from our favourite franchise. So which of our wonderful selection of core characters are they going to choose for this instalment? Fatty? Oscar? No, possibly the worst choice, Rong Rong. This unfortunately isn’t worth your time.Novel reader? Turn your brain off.
Watched all of Soul Land and loved it? Turn your brain off.

Hypocritically, for good measure, since i'm reviewing this I am not able to follow my own advice.

The moment you start thinking, you'll quickly realize they're making things up and alot of the characters aren't acting as they usually do. If you're an incredibly knowledgeable man, caring deeply into the true intricacies of the plot and story i truly pray for your soul as you undergo this endeavour.

Too many plot holes, and this annoying Rong Rong kid being thrown into the epicentre of Peak Douluo-level conflict just ruins most of the immersion and any greater narrative effect it could ever have achieved.

What's good about it?

Sounds great, Looks incredible but the substance is essentially worthless, if you have any investment into this series.

25/50 – 5/10 – Garbage.

It can perhaps amuse you, as long as you force yourself not to think.

If you finished Soul-land 1 and will just slurp up anything adjacent to it, I suppose I can’t stop you. My reccommendation is; if you have any self-control just skip this entry.

Hope this helps.
