Honestly, I do have a lot of mixed feelings about this one. I did not want to root for the protagonist because he's a deranged pervert, but I also felt myself grow annoyed whenever his plan fizzled. The beginning of the manga introduces you to every character and pulls you into each one of them, and I did not mind this at all. Changing POV to understand how each character acts and thinks is a very creative writing tool, and if the manga were longer, I would not have cared to see it happen again and again. Unfortunately, I feel like this POV switch getsin the way of the manga terribly in the final chapters. I LOVED the beginning and could not wait to see how things unfurl. Towards the end of the manga, when all of his plans go to shit, I'm sitting here thinking, "How is anyone sitting down to react this way through everything?" Why are these three students okay with this pedophile getting a second chance? Why did the school counselor give this pedophile a second chance at dating her? I think the only interesting part of the ending was at the very end, when you find out he didn't truly reform, and that the poyo girl still feels the unease around him. I just wonder if the ending was rushed, or maybe the mangaka wasn't sure what exactly they wanted to do. Flashback scenes are alright, but nobody wants to read 4 of them DURING the climax.
