Review of Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2
For a show that is considered to be the hype of "Peak Anime", JJK is just another average anime, maybe even below average if you already watch shows that were animated by UFOTABLE or Madhouse. As always, MAPPA has always been so inconsistent about its quality of animation, and they don't even bother about bringing up the hype of each scene they're producing. The story of the JJK itself deserves 8/10. It's not that great, but it's definitely solid for shounen anime enjoyers. Some people said it's because of the environment within the company that made the animators produce such quality. Some people said thatall studios overwork they're workers. But that has got nothing to do with how bad they're animating its anime. As they say, it's not how you start, it's how you finish. This may sound cruel, but we viewers are the ones getting the product MAPPA's selling.
Anyway, stay strong MAPPA animators. You might want to change company, even though it's not so easy if you're working in Japanese company, but you do what you think is the best.
