Review of Shiki

At first I thought this was going to be the best Vampire show EVER. However the last minute was rather disappointing to me. But moving on... A really entertaining anime, that I enjoy it thoroughly. It starts a little slow but picks up pretty fast. I could have easily watch it in one sitting, but I had to wait for a new episode every week. Characters are very unique and I liked most of them. I gave it a 9 for character since background information for some characters was lacking in my opinion. Music and art are fabulous. They both got a 10. My major problemwas the story I had this anime at 9 waiting for the last episode to bump it up to 10. However, it was disappointing to me. Most people loved the end, but I did not. The ending is my make or break so that is why I gave it an 8. The story lacked important detail from the manga which explains my 8 for story. I recommend that you read the manga.

Overall a must watch anime. Maybe you will enjoy the ending more than me. :)
