Review of Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day

Echoing a lot of the sentiments that Uriel1988 had: Meiko is one of the worst characters I can remember from an anime-everybody loves and obsesses about her, yet we as an audience have no reason to like her at all as her only personality is "cute", and without getting into spoilers, she is one of the most selfish and insufferable characters I've ever seen who was not intentionally written that way. We learn nothing about her as a character, other than that she is the bestest person ever and no one can ever move on without her in their lives. Additionally, I also wanted topunch the two male leads in the face repeatedly. Started alright, but the 2nd half is unbearable to watch.
