Given the story line i don't think it should have ended the way it did, let alone have a fanfare in celebration. Sure, blank was done but aren't you forgetting how you got there in the first place? I mean blank was "nice" but had it not been for him just imagine what would go down. Don't get me wrong the entire art wasn't a complete waste. For clay animation theydid a wonderful job. I am just not thrilled with the story line. Not saying i hate gloomy moods. Ending made the main character a buffoon which was not nice.
