Review of Durarara!!

I'm... so confused. To be honest, I can't even tell if I liked this show. There's so many plot twists and turns and confusions that by the end of it, I thought "I... liked this show. I think?" It kind of gives off a Bakemonogatari type feel where the basics of everything looks normal, but then outta nowhere, someone falls out of the sky, there's some kind of gag character that is insanely strong to the point where your heart hurts because you feel they have gone through pain, the most normal character turning out to be the weirdest, most out there character... this showis so confusing but the twists are so clever that it almost makes up for it?
