'Kubo-san wa Mob wo Yurusanai' Reveals Additional Cast Pair, Winter 2023 Premiere
The official website of the Kubo-san wa Mob wo Yurusanai (Kubo Won't Let Me Be Invisible) television anime series revealed a pair of additional cast and a second teaser visual (pictured). The anime is scheduled to premiere in January 2023.
Miku Itou (5-toubun no Hanayome) and Sora Amamiya (Kanojo, Okarishimasu) are joining the cast as the older sister and cousin of Nagisa, Akina and Saki Kubo, respectively.
Kazuomi Koga (Kanojo, Okarishimasu) is helming the anime at animation studio Pine Jam. Yuuya Takahashi (Lupin III (2015)) is handling the series composition and penning the script. Yoshiko Saitou (Comic Girls) is the character designer.
Yukimori began serializing the romantic comedy manga in Young Jump magazine in October 2019. Shueisha shipped the ninth volume on May 23.
VIZ Media licensed the manga in English on October 9 and released the third volume on September 6, with the fourth volume scheduled to ship on November 1. The series is also simulpublished in English and Spanish on the Manga Plus and VIZ Media's Shonen Jump website.
