'Ni no Kuni' Announces Two Additional Cast Members

The official website of OLM's theatrical adaptation of Level-5's Ni no Kuni game revealed two more cast members on Friday. The film will open in Japan on August 23.

Ni no Kuni is a fantasy RPG developed by Level-5 in collaboration with Studio Studio Ghibli. They released the first game Shikkoku no Madoushi on Nintendo DS in 2010, which was then ported onto the PlayStation 3 in November 2011. The game was followed by its sequel Revenant Kingdom on PlayStation 4 in March 2018.

Yoshiyuki Momose (Mimi wo Sumaseba) will direct the film that will feature an original story. Joe Hisashi (Howl no Ugoku Shiro) will compose the music and Akihiro Hino, the CEO of Level-5, is in charge of the script.
