TV Anime 'Natsume Yuujinchou Go' Announced for Fall 2016

The May 2016 issue of LaLa magazine, which will go on sale on March 24, has announced that Yuki Midorikawa's supernatural manga Natsume Yuujinchou will receive a fifth anime season. The series titled Natsume Yuujinchou Go will air this Fall.

Midorikawa began drawing Natsume Yuujinchou in 2003 in LaLa DX before the series moved to LaLa in 2008. Hakusensha has published 19 compiled volumes of the series. The manga received its first anime adaptation by animation studio Brain's Base in Summer 2008. The studio also produced three subsequent seasons and an OVA episode. NIS America licensed all four seasons for English-subtitled release.
