'Sanda' Reveals Additional Cast, Staff, Theme Songs, First Promo
The official website of the Sanda television anime revealed additional cast, staff, theme songs, a key visual (pictured right), and first promotional video on Monday. The anime adapting Paru Itagaki's action mystery manga is scheduled to premiere in Japan on October 3. Amazon Prime Video is streaming the anime exclusively worldwide.
Voice actors Toshihiko Seki (Kimetsu no Yaiba) and Hiroaki Hirata (One Piece) are joining the cast as Hifumi Oshibu and Saburou Yagiuda, respectively.

Singer-songwriter yama (Rurouni Kenshin: Meiji Kenkaku Romantan - Kyoto Douran) is performing the opening theme "Adult Chick Children" and Soushi Sakiyama (Jujutsu Kaisen 2nd Season) is performing the ending theme "Diary." The opening theme is previewed in the promotional video.
Tomohisa Shimoyama (Yuurei Deco) is helming the anime at Science SARU. Kimiko Ueno (Zenshuu.) is handling the series composition and penning the script. Masamichi Ishiyama (Promare key animation) is designing the characters, and Tomoyuki Tanaka (Superflat Monogram) is composing the music.
Itagaki began drawing the manga in Weekly Shounen Champion in July 2021. Akita Shoten published the 16th and the final volume in October 2024.
Titan Comic licensed the manga for English release on March 3, with the first volume scheduled for a September 2 release.
