'Atarashii Joushi wa Do Tennen' Reveals Additional Staff, First Promo, Theme Song Artists
The Aniplex Online Fest 2023 event revealed additional staff, the first promotional video, key visual (pictured), and theme song artists for the Atarashii Joushi wa Do Tennen (My New Boss Is Goofy) television anime on Sunday.
The anime series adapting Dan Ichikawa's workplace comedy manga will premiere on October 7 at 11:30 p.m. on Tokyo MX, Tochigi TV, Gunma TV, and BS11, followed by ABC TV and AT-X. U-NEXT, Anime Houdai, and d Anime Store will also stream the anime beginning October 8 at 12:00 a.m.

Noriyuki Abe (Arslan Senki (TV)) is directing the television anime at A-1 Pictures. Masahiro Yokotani (Sakura Quest) is handling the series composition. Takahiro Yasuda (Wotaku ni Koi wa Muzukashii) is serving as both the character designer and chief animation director alongside Nakamura and Iwasaki. Masato Nakayama (Cool Doji Danshi) is composing the music.
Ichikawa initially posted the manga as a web comic on their Twitter account in May 2018 and then began serialization on the Manga Cross website starting February 2019. Akita Shoten published the second volume in May 2020.
