TV Anime 'Battery' Announces Additional Cast
A longer promotional video for the Summer 2016 anime Battery, aired during the broadcast of Koutetsujou no Kabaneri on Friday, has announced additional cast members for the series. Battery, an adaptation of the baseball novels by Atsuko Asano, will begin airing on July 15 on Fuji Television's noitaminA programming block.
Opening and ending theme songs for the series by musician duo anderlust were also announced on the official website. "Itsuka no Jibun," the title song of the pair's second single, will serve as the opening song, while "Ashita, Haru ga Kitara" will serve as the ending song. The single will go on sale on August 24.
It was also announced that Mark Ishii (Cardfight!! Vanguard G) will voice Akira Nonomura, whose character visual hasn't revealed yet.
