Manga 'Ponkotsu Fuuki Iin to Skirt-take ga Futekisetsu na JK no Hanashi' Gets TV Anime
An official website opened for a television anime adaptation of Takuma Yokota's Ponkotsu Fuuki Iin to Skirt-take ga Futekisetsu na JK no Hanashi (The Story Between a Dumb Prefect and a High School Girl with an Inappropriate Skirt Length) manga on Tuesday, revealing the main staff and a teaser visual (pictured above).
Daiji Iwanaga (Sankaku Mado no Sotogawa wa Yoru) is directing the television anime at animation studio Zero-G. You Himuro (Dungeon Meshi animation director) is designing the characters.
Yokota began serializing the romantic comedy manga in Shounen Sirius magazine in March 2019. Kodansha published the 16th volume on January 17, with the 17th volume scheduled to be released on April 9.
Synopsis
Sakuradaimon takes his role on the school's Public Morals Committee very seriously. Every day, he dutifully checks students' appearances at the school gate—most often scolding Kohinata, a rule-breaking girl with bright hair and a short skirt.
Though she finds his constant lecturing annoying, everything changes when she discovers that Sakuradaimon is actually a bit of a mess himself.
A lighthearted short romantic comedy about a strict committee member, a bold classmate, and the chaotic school life that brings them together.
