'Saikin Yatotta Maid ga Ayashii' Announces Supporting Cast

The official website of the television anime adaptation of Wakame Konbu's Saikin Yatotta Maid ga Ayashii (The Maid I Hired Recently Is Mysterious) manga revealed three additional cast and the ending theme song on Friday. The anime series is scheduled to air on ABC TV, TV Asahi, and its 24 affiliated channels on the ANiMAZiNG!!! programming block in July 2022.

Idol group ≠ME is performing the opening theme and Yui Horie performs the ending theme "Himitsu no Niwa no Futari."

Misuzu Hoshino (Ousama Game The Animation assistant director) helms the anime at Silver Link. and Blade. Mirai Minato (Sunohara-sou no Kanrinin-san director) is credited as chief director and handling the series composition. Machi Yoshino (Shijou Saikyou no Daimaou, Murabito A ni Tensei suru chief animation director) is designing the characters. Kouji Fujimoto (Sus4 Inc.) (Jahy-sama wa Kujikenai!) and Osamu Sasaki (Jahy-sama wa Kujikenai!) are composing the music.

Konbu originally posted the slice of life romantic comedy manga on his Twitter and Pixiv in October 2019. Monthly Gangan Joker began serializing the title in January 2020. Square Enix published the fifth volume on February 22.

Yen Press licensed the manga in English last January and shipped the second volume on January 25. The third volume is planned for a June 28 release.
