'Kowloon Generic Romance' Reveals Additional Cast, Staff, Theme Songs, Second Promo
The official website for the television anime adaptation of Jun Mayuzuki's Kowloon Generic Romance manga revealed additional cast, staff, theme songs, key visual (pictured), and a second promotional video on Wednesday. The anime is scheduled to premiere on April 5 at 11:00 p.m. on TV Tokyo and other stations.
Voice actor Kengo Kawanishi (Dr. Stone, 3-gatsu no Lion) joins the cast as Yulong.

Yoshiaki Iwasaki (Bokutachi wa Benkyou ga Dekinai) helms the anime at Arvo Animation. Jin Tanaka ("Oshi no Ko") is handling the series composition and penning the script. Yuka Shibata (Koi wa Ameagari no You ni) is designing the characters and Yuuji Kaneko (Tengoku Daimakyou) is the art director.
Mayuzuki began drawing the sci-fi romance manga in Young Jump magazine in November 2019, a little over 1.5 years after concluding Koi wa Ameagari no You ni (After the Rain). Shueisha published the tenth volume on October 18 and will release the 11th on April 17.
Yen Press licensed the manga in English in January 2022. The ninth volume was released on January 21.
