'Chiyu Mahou no Machigatta Tsukaikata' Announces Main Cast

The official website for the television anime adaptation of Kurokata's Chiyu Mahou no Machigatta Tsukaikata: Senjou wo Kakeru Kaifuku Youin (The Wrong Way to use Healing Magic) light novel announced the four main cast on Monday. The anime is scheduled to premiere in 2024.

Takahide Ogata (Motto! Majime ni Fumajime Kaiketsu Zorori) helms the anime at Studio add and Shin-Ei Animation. Shougo Yasukawa (Shokei Shoujo no Virgin Road) is handling the series composition and Kenji Tanabe (Blue Lock) is designing the characters.

Kurokata began penning the action fantasy novel on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in March 2014. Kadokawa began publishing the series featuring illustrations by KeG in March 2016 and released the 12th volume in March 2020.

Reki Kugayama began serializing a manga adaptation on Comp Ace in April 2017. Kadokawa shipped the 12th volume on March 25.

One Peace Book licensed the light novel and manga adaptation in English in 2022. The light novel's second volume was released on May 15 and the third volume is scheduled to go on sale on August 22. The third volume of the manga shipped on June 27.
