Additional Cast and Staff Announced for Original Anime 'Back Arrow'

The Aniplex 48-Hour livestream for the original TV anime Back Arrow on AbemaTV revealed additional cast members, staff, the first key visual (pictured), and a promotional video on Sunday. The anime is set to premiere in 2021.

Synopsis
Ringarindo. A land surrounded by walls.The walls cover, guard, nurture, and raise the land. The wall is God. It is the foundation of Ringarindo.

One day, a mysterious man named Back Arrow appears in Edger Village on the outskirts of Ringarindo. Arrow has no memories, but says he knows that he "came from outside the wall." Arrow aims to go outside the wall to regain his memories, but gradually gets caught up in a fight over himself.

The cast will be joining Yuki Kaji (B: The Beginning), voicing the titular character Back Arrow featured in the previously announced teaser trailer.

Gorou Taniguchi (Code Geass: Hangyaku no Lelouch, Planetes) is directing the anime series. Screenwriter Kazuki Nakashima (Kill la Kill, Promare) is penning the scripts and will be in charge of series composition.
