Additional Cast for 'Hyakuemu.' Announced

The official website of the Hyakuemu. (100M.) movie announced additional cast members on Wednesday. The anime movie adapting Uoto's sports drama manga will premiere in theaters in Japan on September 19.

Kyouden: Haruki Ishiya (Hibike! Euphonium)
Morikawa: Hiiro Ishibashi (Kaijuu no Kodomo)
Onomichi: Tomokazu Sugita (Gintama)

Kenji Iwaisawa (Ongaku) is helming the movie at Rock'n Roll Mountain. Keisuke Kojima (Tensei Kenja no Isekai Life) is serving as both the character designer and chief animation director. Yasuyuki Mutou (Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn, Tokyo Revengers) is penning the script. Hiroaki Tsutsumi (Ahiru no Sora, Jujutsu Kaisen) is composing the music.

Uoto (Chi. Chikyuu no Undou ni Tsuite) serialized the manga on the Magazine pocket service between November 2018 and August 2019. Kodansha published the fifth and final volume in October that year.
