'Dosanko Gal wa Namara Menkoi' Reveals Pair of Additional Cast, First Promo, Winter 2024 Premiere
The official website of the Dosanko Gal wa Namara Menkoi (Hokkaido Gals Are Super Adorable!) television anime revealed two additional cast members, the first promo, and a key visual (pictured) on Tuesday. The anime series is scheduled to air in January 2024.
Yumiri Hanamori (Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai: Tensai-tachi no Renai Zunousen) and Reina Ueda (Kimetsu no Yaiba) are joining the cast as Sayuri Akino and Rena Natsukawa, respectively.
Misuzu Hoshino (Saikin Yatotta Maid ga Ayashii) is directing the television anime at Silver Link. and Blade. Mirai Minato (Jahy-sama wa Kujikenai! director) is the chief director and is handling the series composition. Katsuyuki Satou (Mamahaha no Tsurego ga Motokano datta) is the character designer.
The anime adapts Kai Ikada's comedy manga, which began serializing on Shueisha's Shounen Jump+ app and website in September 2019. The 11th volume went on sale on July 4. Shueisha began publishing the manga in English on their Manga Plus app and website in September 2020.
