Manga 'Houkago Teibou Nisshi' Gets TV Anime Adaptation
The fifth 2019 issue of Young Champion Retsu announced on Tuesday that Yasuyuki Kosaka's slice of life manga Houkago Teibou Nisshi (After School Embankment Journal) will get a TV anime.
Synopsis
First year student Hina Tsurugi prefers to do indoor activities such as crafting. Having recently moved to a seaside town, she runs into an older schoolmate, Kuroiwa, who invites her to join the "Teibou" club and start fishing! Surrounded by eccentric club members, how will Hina's high school life turn out? (Source: MU, edited)
Kosaka originally published the manga as a one-shot in Young Champion Retsu in December 2016, which continued as a regular series beginning February 2017. Akita Shoten will print the fourth volume on April 19.
