'Otonari ni Ginga' Unveils Additional Cast, Opening Theme, Second Promo

The official website of the television anime adaptation of Gido Amagakure's Otonari ni Ginga (A Galaxy Next Door) manga unveiled additional cast members, the opening theme, a second promo, and a new key visual (pictured) on Friday. The anime is set to broadcast on April 9 at 1:30 a.m. on Tokyo MX and BS11.

Chihiro Ibusuki: Rie Takahashi (Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san)
Masahiro Morikuni: Tomokazu Sugita (Wotaku ni Koi wa Muzukashii)
Momoka Morikuni: Youko Hikasa (Hataraku Maou-sama!)

Singer Chinatsu Matsumoto is performing the opening theme "Tonariawase," which is previewed in the promotional video below.

Ryuuichi Kimura (Mononogatari) is helming the anime at Asahi Production. Gigaemon Ichikawa (Shinka no Mi: Shiranai Uchi ni Kachigumi Jinsei) is handling the series composition. Tomoka Ootaki (Dolls' Frontline sub-character design) is designing the characters.

Amagakure began drawing the romantic comedy manga in Kodansha's good! Afternoon magazine in April 2020. Kodansha shipped the fifth volume in November 2022.

Kodansha USA licensed the manga in English in June 2021. The fourth volume went on sale on January 10.
